I've got a Duece version I think with the bottom part shaded black. Works fine for me although is short now that I'm using the AirHawk seat pad. I've had no positive or negative effects other than the extra bracketry confusion on the forks and bars. If I was going to replace mine for any reason, I would look at one that has some hand protection in it also after riding a couple of bikes with that added feature on them. I have my air horns peeking out the bottomm edge of the screen next to the fork tubes so the sound is directed forward when needed. Enjoy the ride, Max
